Imageproz Terms and Conditions
1. All projects undertaken by Imageproz product photography will be subject to the following terms and conditions.
2. The prices quoted for our 3 photography tariff's exclude VAT.
3. We reserve the right to require a deposit or full payment in advance before commencing any project.
4. Any fixed price photography project will only be undertaken upon mutual acceptance of the project brief.
5. As part of our product photography service we will always try & accommodate suggestions and changes. However, significant modifications to the scope of a fixed price project will incur addition costs. We will inform the client when any extra cost are incurred.
6. Any product photography produced by Imageproz will not be delivered via email upon receipt of full payment via paypal or bank transfer. Alternative payment terms for our photography services would need to be discussed with a member of photography team.
7. Although our product photography team endeavours to meet any pre-arranged delivery schedule we can not be held liable in the event of any delays.
8. All images, photographs, logos and text on this website are subject to copyright. All rights reserved. All trademarks acknowledged.
9. Every member of the Imageproz product photography team will take reasonable care of any products supplied by clients for their photography project. However, Imageproz cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to supplied products. Whilst our clients' products are at our studio, there is a degree of insurance coverage provided. However if our insurance policies are of concern it is the clients responsibility to insure their property on an "all risks" basis.
10. Product photography projects will only start upon mutual acceptance of a written or verbal project brief/specification. Any re-shoots of rejected images will be chargeable if Imageproz has adhered to the agreed project brief/specification. Any specific requirements by be included within the project brief/specification.
11. Delivery of any items to be photographed will be at the clients expense unless the project falls within the terms for FREE pick up & delivery. Return shipping arrangments are based on economy delivery services within the UK. Faster shipping and higher insurance level can be arranged at an additional cost.
12. Product photography taken by the Imageproz team is supplied specifically for use on the client's website or print promotional materials and are not licenced for use as stock photography or resale. We may, at our discretion, use client's product photography in our own promotional materials.
13. If a slot in our studio is cancelled by the client, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to do this will result in a penalty of 50% of the total quoted price for the project payable via paypal to Imageproz.
